今日は、漢江(ﾊﾝｶﾞﾝ)に架かる漢南大橋の下での目覚め。
I stayed under a brige lastnight.

I know this site looks ugly...but it was safe and convenient.

夜中に目が覚め、しばらく眠れなかったけど、
次に起きたときは、もう１０時半でびっくり。
ちょっと寝すぎた。。。
I woke up 10:30.
I thought I slept too much!
ヨンくんにも、リーとヨンジェくんにも会えたので、
あとソウルでやりたいことは、エルヴィンに会うことだけだ。
会いに行くことは伝えてあるけど、
「いつ・どこで」は、まだ決まっていない。
２日前に電話で話し、あちらの都合に合わせると伝えたので、
今は、エルヴィンからの返事待ち。
I had already met Young-kun, Lee and Young-Jae in Seoul.
Now, I only had one more thing to do in Seoul, meeting Alvin.
I had contacted Alvin and told him I would come to meet him.
But we hadn't decided "when" and "where".
I had been waiting for his reply for these two days.
His work was really busy in this time of year.
So I had to wait for it a bit more.
今日は、自転車を東国大学(←ソウルでいつも行く大学)のキャンパスに置いて、
ソウルをあちこち歩いてみた。
Today, I parked my bike at a university, then I walked around in Seoul city.

今は一人で、ちょっとしんみり。
…なんつって。笑
The last time I visited these places, I was with my ex-girlfriend on Christmas day.
I felt lonely...
hahaha.
夜、またメールをチェックしたけど、エルヴィンからの返事はまだなかった。
"仁川発 - 青島行"の船は、週三便(火・木・土)あるので、
24日(木)の便で、青島へ渡ろうと思う。
それまでに、会えるといいんだけどなー。
今日も、漢南大橋の下でキャンプ。
I didn't get a reply from Alvin today.
But it was still OK.
I still have enough time to wait for it in Korea.
The boat to Chingtao leaves three times a week.

I think I'm going to take next Tursday's one(on 24th).
I hoped I could meet Alvin by then.
I went back to the bridge I camped last night, and stayed there again.

21th Nov. (86th day/ 32th day in Korea)
今日も、漢川(ﾊﾝｶﾞﾝ)に架かる漢南大橋の下での目覚め。
まずは東国大学へ行って、学食で朝食。
ソウルの新世界デパートでは、Wi-Fiも電源も使えるので、
今日も、エルヴィンからの返事(メール)を待ちながら、
日記を書いたり、情報を集めたりして過ごした。
I stayed under the bridge again last night.
I was waiting for the E-mail from Alvin all the day.
Finally I got it at night.
It said he could meet me tomorrow night.
I was glad to read it.
一日中じっとしているのもつまらないので、
夕方になってから、東大門市場へ行ってみた。
I went to Tondaemun market this evenig.

Tondaemun market has a lot of clothing and book stores.
韓国では、バイクの荷物積載量がすごい。
In Korea, motor bikes can load massive luggage.

There are Motor bikes like this in Korea.
たぶん、衣類を積んでいるんだろう。
韓国の道路交通法には、積載量制限がないのかな？笑
「軽トラかっ！」
って、ツッコミたくなる。
東大門市場の周りは、そんなバイクばかりだった。
I wonder how they have loaded such a massive luggage.
今日は、ソウル駅の裏にあるチムジルバンに泊まることにした。
夜、エルヴィンからメールが来て、明日の夜会えることになった。
よかったー♪
風呂とサウナでぽかぽかになり、気持ちよく就寝。

【韓国の"へぇ～"】(What I saw in Korea.)
韓国では、カードが便利。
コンビニはもちろん、たいていの飯屋でも使え、
ソウルでよく行く東国大学は、学食でも使える。
笑っちゃったのが、その使い方。
韓国では、カードを使うとき、
PINナンバーではなく、署名をする。
それが…
【みんな、テキト～！】
ちゃんと署名などしなくていい。
ミミズでもウサギの糞でも、画面に何か描けばいい。
最初はそれを知らず、自分の長い名前をちゃんと書いていたけど、
知ってからは馬鹿らしくなって、いつもミミズを描いている。
日本の店頭でカードを使ったことがないんだけど、
これ、日本ではきっとダメだよね？？笑
Credit cards are useful in Korea as well.
We can use it at most of stores and restaourants.
But the way of using credit cards are bit strange in Korea.
When we use credit card in Korea, we don't use PIN number.
We have to sign every time.
But...
Actually we don't need to write our signature.
They accept anything we write.

So Korean people never write their signature when they use a credit card.
I don't think signature like this would be accepted in Japan.
