出会いの２晩 (The meeting nights.)

１１月２２日(火)　【旅 ８７日目　韓国３３日目】

 

22th Nov. (87th day/ 33th day in Korea)

 

 

今日は、ソウル駅の裏にあるチムジルバンでの目覚め。

 

 

【ここに泊まるのは、２回目】

 

一泊12000W (約850円)は、チムジルバンにしては高い方。

 

(ソウルは、ほかの都市よりもちょっと物価が高い。)

 

 

でもやはり、「それで経営は大丈夫なのかな？」と、心配になってしまう。

 

こっちはありがたいんだけど…。

 

 

I stayed at Jjimjilbang in Seoul last night.

That Jjimjilbang cost 12000W (AUD $10) to stay orvernight.

Although it's still cheap enough, 

the price is  more expensive than Jjimjilbang in other cities.

Prices are bit higher in Seoul.

 

But I still wonder how they can manage Jjimjilbang with such a small fees.

 

今日の夜は、イアンさんから紹介してもらった、エルヴィンに会えることになっている。

 

彼に会うのが、韓国でやりたいことの最終項目。

 

 

いよいよ、韓国の旅も終わりかと思うと、ちょっと寂しい。

 

(当初の計画よりも、もうだいぶ日数オーバーしてるけど…。)

 

 

I was going to meet Alvin tonight.

That was the last thing I wanted to do in Korea.

 

I was bit sad when I was thinking about leaving Korea in two days.

I said good-bye to "Tongguk university" where I went every day in Seoul.

I ate good "Kalguks" in Nandaemun market.

 

 

 

【エルヴィンにも会えた！】

 

I met Alvin finally!

 

 

今が特に仕事の忙しいエルヴィンは、

 

一緒に晩御飯を食べる時間だけ、なんとか暇を取って会ってくれた。

 

 

It was the busiest season for him to work.

But he spared me time to eat dinner together.

Our dinner was nice "Pulkogi" ! (Korean style BBQ)

 

 

 

ほんの１時間ちょっと話ができただけだったけど、

 

 

「いつか、チェジュ島を自転車で一緒に旅できたらいいな～！」

 

 

なんていう話をして、仲良く慣れたし、楽しい時間だった♪

 

 

夜は、また漢南大橋の下でキャンプ。

 

 

It was'nt long time we talked.

But I enjoyed our talking a lot.(I hope he did as well.)

 

Next time I travel in Korea, I would travel in Cheju Island.

明日は、ソウルを出発して仁川(ｲﾝﾁｮﾝ)へ行くかなー。

 

I camped under a bridge tonight.

 

All the things I wanted to do in Korea had been finished.

I was going to go to Incheon tomorrow,

and leave Korea on Thursday.

今日は、漢江(ﾊﾝｶﾞﾝ)に架かる漢南大橋の下での目覚め。

 

朝の空は薄暗く、雨が降っていた。

 

 

朝イチで出発して仁川(ｲﾝﾁｮﾝ)へ行こうと思っていたけど、

 

雨の中を走るには寒過ぎるので、橋の下で待機。

 

 

I stayed under a bridge last night.

It was raining in the morning.

 

I was going to ride to Incheon this mornig.

But it was too cald to ride a bike under the rain.

So I waited for stopping raining in my tent.

 

 

 

１１時前に、ようやく雨が止んだ。

 

 

お腹が空いたので、昨日お別れしたはずの東国大学へ行って、遅い朝食。

 

 

【また来ちゃった】

 

 

仁川まではほんの３０kmくらいだから、

午後から出発しても明るいうちに着けるけど、

 

途中でまた雨に降られると嫌なので、明日向かうことにした。

 

 

船は、明日の夕方５時に出航するので、それでも間に合う。

 

でも、なんだか慌しい最後になりそうだから、

 

「土曜日の便にしてもいいかな～。」なんて風にも思っている。

 

 

そういうわけで、今日も一日、ソウル市内で過ごすことに。

 

 

It stopped raining at 11am.

I went to Tongguk university to eat late breakfast.

Then I thout about today's plan.

 

It's only 30km from Seoul to Incheon.

I could ride to Incheon in this afternoon.

But I didn't because it might start raining again.

 

The boat to Chingtao was going to leave at 5pm tomorrow.

So tomorrow, I have enough time to get to Incheon by then.

 

(And I was also thinking about alternative plan, taking a boat on Saturday.)

 

 

 

 

新世界デパートでネットにつないでいたら、

 

２日前に出会ったタンから、Facebookでメッセージが届いた。

 

「まだソウルにいるなら、一緒にご飯でも食べながら話そうよ。」

 

というお誘い。

 

 

いいね～！

 

ちょうど今日は、特にすることがなかったんだ♪

 

 

When I checked my Facebook, I found a message from Dan.

Dan is Korean woman I met the other day.

She said she had free time tonight.

I also had nothing special to do today.

So we decided to meet again in Seoul.

 

 

 

夜、弘大(ホンデ)という学生の街で待ち合わせをして、

 

一緒に、"韓国風しゃぶしゃぶ"を食べに行った。

 

 

今後、世界を旅してみたいというタンとは、終始、旅話で盛り上がった。

 

 

【おかげで、今日も楽しい一日になったよ！】

 

We got together in Hondae.

She gave me Korean "Shabu-shabu" as a treat.

It was nice and hot.

 

We talked a lot about traveling.

We both are really interested in traveling in the world.

It was nice to see you again.

 

 

めちゃくちゃ寒かったけど、チムジルバンへは行かず、

 

道路脇の人目につかない緑地でキャンプ。

 

明日の朝の最低気温が－４℃となっていたので、どんなに寒いか体験してみたかった。

 

 

The night was really cold.

When I checked a weather forcast, the lowest temp tomorrow morning was -4 centigrade degree.

I was curious about how cold it is if I camped in such a cold night.

 

I found a nice place to camp beside of the road and camped there.

 

 

また一人、韓国に友達が増えてうれしいな。

 

Thanks of Dan, today was another good day in Korea.

【韓国の"へぇ～"】(What I saw in Korea.)

 

 

韓国では、女の人同士でも腕を組んだり、手をつないで歩いたりする。

 

最初は、レズビアンのカップルなのかと思ったけど、

 

あまりにその数が多いので、そうではないとわかった。

 

Some of women walks arm in arm with another woman in Korea.

First time I saw that, I thougt they were lesbian cupple.

But there are so many cupples like that on a street,

I go to know they aren't lesbian.

 

 

【外国人からみると、珍しい光景】

 

This is one of Korean culture.

 

 

どういう心理で、そういうことをするのかは聞いてない。

 

仲良し同士だと、そうして歩くのかな？

 

もちろん、男同士はしない。

 

I don't know why Korean women do that.

I guess if they are good friend, they walk arm in arm.

 

Of caurse, normal Korean men never do that.
