１１月１２日(土)　【旅 ７７日目　韓国２３日目】

 

 

今日も、永同(ﾖﾝﾄﾞﾝ)大学キャンパス内での目覚め。

 

【今日は、雨が降ってなくてよかった♪】

 

I stayed in Yeondong university campus last night.

I was happy it wasn't raining in this morning.

 

今日の目的地"大田"(ﾃｼﾞｮﾝ)は、ほんの５０ｋｍほど先なので、時間には余裕がある。

 

朝は手袋が必要なほど寒いから、気温が上がってから出発することにした。

 

ネットができて電源もある建物へ行き、お昼まではそこで待機。

 

 

今日は土曜日なので、大学にはほとんど学生がいない。

 

 

それでも、もしかしたら…


と、ちょっと期待したけど、

 

やっぱり、学食は開かなかった。

 

 

土日は、"学食作戦"が使えないようだ。。。

 

 

Today's destination was "Daejeon".

Daejeon is a big city like "Busan" and "Daegu".

It's only 50km away from Yeondong.

So I have enough time to get there in today.

 

It was very cold in the morning.

So I waited in the university that it had got warmer until midday.

 

It's Saturday today.

I didn't see many students in the university.

I hoped the refectory would be opened,but it didn't.

I found that refectories in a university wouldn't be opened on Saturday and Sunday. 

 

 

お昼になり、お腹が空いたので出発。

 

 

大学近くの飯屋で昼食を済ませ、大田に向かって走り出す。

 

 

大田までの道のり(４号線)は、緩やかなアップダウンの繰り返しだった。

 

一応、山をいくつか越えたけど、

 

どれも、「峠越え」と言うにはあまりに緩やかで、

 

あまりに低い山。(最高でも、標高１５８ｍ。)

 

 

今日も、楽々の移動だった。(パンク１回。)

 

 

Then I left the university for Daejeon.

Highway 4 between Yeondong and Daejeon has a few ups and downs.

But I don't think those are "Pass".

The highest one is only at a elevation of 158m.

So today's ride was also easy like it had been since I left Busan..

(Though I had a puncture once today.).

 

 

 

４時過ぎに、大田に到着。

 

 

大田も、大邸(ﾃｼﾞｮﾝ)や釜山と同じくらい大きな街だ。

 

駅前の混雑っぷりが、なかなかすごい。

 

 

街に着くと、まずは駅へ行く。

 

観光案内所があって、地図をもらえたり、いろいろ情報を得られるからだ。

 

大田の駅にも、観光案内所があったので、地図をもらえた。

 

 

もしかしたら、もうソウルに着くまで、風呂に入る機会がないかもしれないので、

 

市内にいいチムジルバンがないか、聞いてみた。

 

 

駅から近い、高速バスのロータリー付近ににあるというので、

 

明るいうちにチェックしに行く。

 

(自転車を一晩置ける、安全な場所が見つかればＯＫだ。)

 

 

I arrived in Daejeon around 4 pm.

When I have got to a city,the first place I would visit is a railway station.

It tends to have a visitor infomation close to it.

I would get a map of the city, and also I could ask about good place to see in the area.

 

At Daejeon station, I found a visitor infomation in it, then I got a map. 

I asked to a clark if there was a nice "Jjimjilbang" in Daejeon city.

She told me the nearest one was 3km away near a highway bus terminal.

 

So I went there.

 

 

探すのにちょっと苦労したけど、諦めかけたときに偶然発見。

 

三階建ての駐車場が併設されていて、その中なら安全に停められそうだった。

 

値段も6000W(420円)と、かなり安い。

 

 

今日は、チムジルバン泊に決定！っと♪

 

 

寝るところが決まれば、あとは気楽。

 

 

安い飯屋を探して夕食を済ませると、もう暗くて寒かったので、

 

すぐにチムジルバンへ戻った。

 

 

That Jjimjilbang was difficult to find.

I was about to give up to find it.

But fortunately,I was able to find it.

 

It has 3 stories parking lot buildings.

I thought it's safe enought to park my bike there overnight.

So I had decided to stay at the Jimmjilbang tonight.

 

When I find a place to stay,I always feel better after that.

 

I ate dinner at a restaurant, then I went back to the Jjimjilbang.

 

 

風呂とサウナでさっぱり＆ポカポカになり、

 

暖房の効いた部屋で、のんびり本を読んで過ごせた。

 

 

それにしても、チムジルバンの経営は大丈夫なのだろうか…？

 

今日泊まったところなどは、一晩わずか6000W(420円)しか取らない。

 

働いている人が何人もいるし、広い浴槽に数々のサウナ、床暖房などなど、

 

人件費に、高熱費と水道代で、かなりのものだと思うけど。

 

こんなにありがたい施設なら、倍の値段をとってもいいから、

 

どうか潰れないでほしい！

 

そして、他の国にもチムジルバンがほしい。。。

 

 

I took a bath and saunas there.

After that, I read a book until midnight in a warm sleeping room.

The Jjimjilbang cost only AUD $7.

I wondered how they could manage to run a Jjimjilbang 

with getting such a little money from customers.

I wished they wouldn't go bankrupt.

 

And I wish every country had Jjimjilbang.

 

 

 

ソウルまでは、あと２５０ｋｍくらいだろう。

 

このまま進めば、着くのはたぶん４日後。

 

 

韓国滞在も、あと１週間くらいかなぁ。

 

I think I have about 250km to Seoul.

It would take 4 more days to get there.

 

So,my travel in Korea would be finished in 1 more week,I reckon.

【韓国の"へぇ～"】(What I saw in Korea.)

 

 

韓国でも、飲み物の自動販売機を見かける。

 

(数は、日本ほどでないにしても。)

 

We can see vending machines for drinks at many places in Korea.

(Though it's not so many as we can see in Japan.)

 

 

中でもよく見るのが、コーヒーの自販機。

 

【紙コップで出てくるタイプ】

 

I often see vending machines for coffee at a university,stations,

governmental fasilities,and sometimes in a park.

 

 

大学、病院、役所などの公共施設などには、だいたいあり、

 

公園にも、この自販機が置いてあるところがある。

 

一杯が100ccくらいだろうか。(ヤクルトよりもちょっと多いくらい。)

 

量は少な目だけど、

 

 

【一杯１５～３５円くらいで、とても安い。】

 

 

寒いとき、ちょっと温まれるのでありがたい。

 

 

The amount of the cofee is about 100cc,I think.

It's bit small but very cheap.(AUD 20-40 cents.)

 

It helps me to get warmer  when I'm cold outside.
