紹興市内を一日観光。
市バスに乗って「東湖」へ。
I looked around Shaoxing city today, on foot and by bus.
【バスは一律１元(12.5円)。交通費はとても安い。】
City bus cost only AUD$ 16cents to everywhere.
It would cost 15 times much in Japan.
Public transportation is so cheap here.
紹興市内を一日観光。

「東湖」は、紹興の市街地の東約４ｋｍにある、人口湖。
I went to "East Lake" first.

The scenery of East Lake.
It is an artificial Lake.
1000年くらい前までは、良質の石が取れる石切り場だった山が、
採石により削られ、断崖絶壁の湖になったという。
湖の深さは５～３０ｍもあるらしく、山が半分のサイズになったとか。
全部、人間が削り取ったのかとおもうと、すごい。

I enjoyed climbing the rocky mountain.

１月１４日(土) ～ １６日(月)
二日半、雨が降りっぱなしだったので、出発できず。
It had kept raining heard for two and half days.
I couldn't do anything for those two days.

１月１７日(火) 【旅１４３日目 / 中国５１日目】
二日間降り続いた雨が、ようやく止んだ。
It stopped raining finally.
【午前中、市内が見渡せそうな「応天塔」へ】
I went to a tower which stands a top of a small mountain in the city area.
【応天塔。上へあがる階段が梯子並みに急で、スリリング。】
An old-fashioned chinese style tower.
The stairs inside of this building is so steep and exciting to climb up.

塔の造りが古くて、最上階にいると少し足元が不安だった。
紹興市の街を歩いていると、
【久しぶりに見つけた、犬肉専門店】
I found a restaurant which serves dog meat.
前に見つけた時は、タイミングが合わず食べられなかったので、
今度こそと、張り切って入店。
【いきなり、テーブルの上に「煮込み犬」発見。】
I found a stewed dog on a table.
Although it looked bit strange for me, I was so excited to eat it.
よく見ても犬種はわからなかったけど、オスであることはわかる。
横の棚に、同じのが６皿並んでた。
【犬肉ラーメン(12元)を注文】
I ordered a dog meat noodle.
肉に臭みはなく、豚チャーシューよりもあっさりした味。
犬肉は、スーパーでも一頭丸々売っていた。
Dog meat tasted good actually.
It has less fat than pork.
I also found a whole raw dog meat at a supermarket.
Supermarkets never have dog's meat in Japan.
It's quite interesting to know cultural diferrences.
中国の食べ物は、味が濃く、脂っこいのでもう飽きたと前に書いたけど、
福建料理がさっぱりでおいしいので、
今はほとんど毎日、福建料理店でご飯を食べている。
I like chinese foods.
Especially, foods from Fujian province.
It's not too greasy, doesn't taste too thick.
よく食べるのは、
【「鴨腿飯」(10元≒125円)】
My favorite food, stewed dock leg on rice.
I can eat this everyday.
白米に、アヒルの脚・味卵・青梗菜・油揚げ・ザーサイがのっている、
薄味で、油っぽくないので、毎日でも食べられる。
【「鴨頭飯」(９元)もある。】
A duck head on rice.
I don't like this so much...
アヒルの頭には、あまり食べる部分がない。
もちろんクチバシは食べられない。
舌を食べたら、変な味がして、オェッとなった。笑
【「蒸し餃子」もおいしい。】
Steamed "Jiao zu" is very nice and cheap.(AUD$50 cents)
どこの店でも、だいたい、10個で３元(≒４０円)くらい。
これも、毎日でも食べられる♪
I love "Jiao zu".
他にも、チャーハンやビーフンもおいしく、一皿１００円くらい。
次に行くのが福建省なので、楽しみだ。
I'm looking forward to traveling in Fujiao province.
昼食を食べ、紹興市を出発。
８０ｋｍ走って、嵊州市まで来た。
I left Shaoxing city to Shengzou city.
天気予報が、これからずっと雨になっているので、
ちょっと憂鬱。
The weather forcast next 5 days showed I was going to have rain every day.
I hoped I wouldn't.
