食べ物のことばかり。。。 (I love Korean foods!!)

１０月２３日　【旅 ５７日目】

 

 

今日は、釜山にある高層マンションの一室での目覚め。

 

昨日は、午前３時くらいまで起きていたたので、

 

熟睡して目が覚めると、なんともう１１時を回っていた。

 

 

Yesterday, I stayed at Lee's flat which is located in the middle of Busan city.

We talked a lot until 2 am.

When I woke up, it was already 11 am!

 

「わ～。よく寝たなぁ。」

 

"Oops, I slept too much!"

 

 

俺が起きて２０分くらいして、リーとミンチィがやってきた。

 

二人とも、俺と同じくよく寝ていたらしい。

 

 

お昼にリーが出かけるのに合わせて、俺も出発することにした。

 

Lee and ming-chi showed up in 20 minutes.

They also seemed to sleep well.

I left the flat at 12:30 with Lee.

お腹が空いていたので、早速、リーオススメのコムギ麺(ミルミョン)のお店へ。

 

I was hungry.

So I went to a Korean noodle restaurant which Lee recommended me to try.

 

 

【あったあった。】

(全く読めないけど、たぶんここだ。)

 

I found the restaurant.

 

 

「おばあちゃん、ガャミルメン」って書いてある。(^m^)

 

（"ガャ"は、なんだろう？？わからないことだらけだ…笑）

 

ミルミョンは冷麺と似ているけど、ソバ粉の変わりに小麦粉を使っている、

 

釜山の地元料理とのこと。

 

(じゃあ、冷麺はソバ粉を使ってるのかな？？)

 

 

The noodle is a local dish in Busan.

 

 

【ハサミと一緒に出てきた…】 (4500W = ３２０円)

 

It was served with scissors!

 

 

ハサミの使い方は、周りで食べている人たちを見て学習。

 

どうやら、食べる前に、麺を真ん中からざっくり切るようだ。

 

 

I didn't know how could I use scissors for the noodle...

So I watched how did local people use it.

They just cut once in the middle of the noodles.

 

 

ふむふむ。なるほどね。

 

見よう見まねで、俺も同じように同じようにやってみた。

 

きっと食べやすくなったんだろう…それもよくわからなかったけど、

 

食べる前に麺をハサミで切るっていう感覚に、違和感があっておもしろい。

 

 

味もおいしくて、あっという間に食べきってしまった。

 

 

また来ようかな♪

 

 

Oh, I see. I got it.

So I did it like local people did.

It's little bit strange and also fun for me to cut noodles with scissors.

The noodle tasted really good.

I think I'll try it again.

 

 

予想通り、コムギ麺だけではお腹がいっぱいにはならなかったので、

 

リーが教えてくれた、もう一つの釜山グルメ"豚クッパ"を食べに出発。

 

 

I still wasn't full enough by the noodle.

So I left Busan city for east.

There was a good restaurant a few kilometers away which also recommended to go by Lee.

 

 

 

ところが、ほんの１０ｋｍくらいの道のりなのに、

 

地図を持っていないので、すっかり迷ってしまった。

 

標識を見てもハングルは読めないし、アルファベット表記の発音を読んでも、

 

目的地周辺の名前を知らないので、全く意味がなかった。

 

 

リーが店周辺の地図をプリントしてくれたけど、その辺の地域に行くまでに迷ったので困った。

 

 

But I got lost soon.

I didn't get a map around Busan yet.

I couldn't read signs written by Korean character.

Lee gave me a map around the restaurant.

But I got lost before I went in the map area.

 

 

 

「そうだ。コンビにで地図を見よう！」

 

"Oh,I might be able to find a map at convenience store."

 

 

と、日本でよく使う手を思いついたけど、

 

韓国のコンビニには、雑誌や本が置いていないところも多い。

そこには、本もなければ地図もなかった。

 

 

But convenience stores in Korea don't sell books　sometimes. They don't sell maps neither.

 

 

 

「しょうがない。言葉は通じないけど、店員さんに聞こう。」

 

"OK.I must ask to the clark although I can't speak Korean at all."

 

 

 

客がいなくなったのを見計らって、レジのお姉さんに聞いてみる。

 

地図に書いてある駅を指差しながら、

 

 

I pointed one station on the map Lee printed for me.

 

And I said,

 

 

「ここ。行きたい。」

 

"I wanna go to this station. How can I get there?"

 

 

韓国では、英語より日本語の方が通じることが多いというので、

 

まずは日本語で、そのあと英語で聞いてみた。

 

I asked her both in Japanese and in English.

 

 

 

どっちの質問にも、ポカーンとするお姉さん。笑

 

She didn't understand what I wanted to tell her.

 

 

どうやら、英語も日本語もさっぱりなようだ。

 

それならばと、ジェスチャーを駆使して伝えると、

 

So I used gesture to tell what her I wanted to do.

 

 

「ああ～、なるほどね。」

 

 

Then she got it.

 

 

って顔をしてくれ、今度はお姉さんの方がジェスチャーで行き方を教えてくれた。

 

まるっきりジェスチャーゲームになり、おっかしくて仕方ない。

 

「ははは！」

 

とお互い笑いながら、でも、真面目にジェスチャーで会話。

 

 

最後まで真剣に教えてくれたお姉さん、どうもありがとう！

 

こういう楽しさは、お互い言葉が通じないからこそだな♪

 

 

We talked each other by gesture.

It was like a "gesture game" I used to play when I was a child. 

We both talked with laughing.

But she still tried to tell me how to get to the station until I got it.

 

 

 

ここまで出会った韓国の人は、親切でいい感じの人が多い♪

 

Korean people I met this two days are all kind people.

So I think there are a lot of good people living in Korea.

 

 

親切なお姉さんのおかげで、無事に"豚クッパ"のお店に到着。

 

Thanks for the clark, I got to the restaurant finally.

 

 

 

【豚クッパこと、"デジ・クッパ"】

 

Pork soup and rice, "Dae gi guk bab"

 

 

 

豚スープもキムチもおいしく、薬味とご飯はお変わり自由なので、

 

ご飯もキムチも３杯食べて、お腹いっぱい。

 

これで、たったの5000W(３５０円！)だからうれしい♪

 

 

The soup tasted very good. 

Furthermore, rice and kim-chee are free for refill.

I was so full after eating 3 bowls of rice.

All cost just AUD$3.5 

 

 

 

韓国にいる間は、きっと全く自炊なんかしないと思う。

 

I wouldn't cook for myself at all in Korea.

It's just a waste of time and waste of chance to eat fantastic foods!

 

 

もう陽が落ちてきてしまったので、今日の目的地ヘウンデ・ビーチは目指さず、

 

図書館目当てで、近くの釜慶大学へ行った。

 

 

 

２３時まで図書館で持ってきた小説を読み、閉館後、

 

大学構内の人気のないところにテントを張って就寝。

 

 

I went to a library in a university,then.

I read a book I brought from Japan.

After closing the library, I set my tent up in the university campus.

 

 

明日は、学食食べてみよう。

 

(食べ物のことばっかり考えてるな。。。)

 

 

I'll eat my lunch tomorrow at a restaurant in the university.

After my arrival in Korea, all I think about has been FOODS!

【釜山の"へぇ～"】

 

広い道路には、信号があるのに、横断歩道がほとんどない！

 

(その代わり、市街地には地下横断歩道がある。)

 

まだ釜山でしか自転車で走ってないので、他の地域はわからないけど、

 

これは結構困る。

釜山の道路は片側３～４車線が当たり前で、交通量もすごい。

 

渡りたいのに横断歩道がないところでは、やむを得ず、

 

車のこないタイミングで無理やり渡らなくてはならない。

 

車はかなり飛ばすし運転も荒いので、道路を渡るのがこわ～い。

 

 

右側通行で、右折は常時可という交通ルールにもまだ慣れない。

 

 

事故らないように、無理せず少しずつ慣れなくちゃ～。
