台湾８日目－ １０日目 (My 8th - 10th day in Taiwan)

２月１６日(木)【旅１７２日目　台湾８日目】

 

(15th.Feb : My 8th day traveling in Taiwan.)

 

 

チェンとイーの友人の家へ行った。

 

暖かく迎え入れてもらい、おしゃべりしたりゲームをしたり。

 

We visited Chuan's friend's house.

【みなさん、とても親切で温かい人たちだった】

They were kind and friendly people.

I enjoyed the meeting and tasty Taiwanese foods, so much!

.

 

午後になって、
 

「桜を見に行きましょう。」

 

と、お誘いを受け、見に行くことに。

In the afternoon,

 

"Let's go out to see cherry blossoms."

まだ咲いてはいたけど、開花時期は、もうちょっと前だったみたい。

【でも、連れてきてもらえてよかった】

 

台湾では、時には、実の付いたバナナの木と、

花の咲いた桜が並んで植わっていたりするのが、おもしろい。

日本では、まず見られない光景。
 

It was bit late for its blooming season.

But some of them were still in bloom.

In Taiwan, sometimes we can see a cherry blossom tree which is fully blooming next to a Banan tree which has a furuits on it.

Such scenery look strange for Japanese.

 

 

 

みなさん、俺がこれから台湾を一周するということを知って、

 

台湾の名所や、あちこちに住む友人を紹介してくれた。

 

ありがたや～。

 

 

 

夜は深夜まで、チェンとイーの旅の話を聞かせてもらったけど、

 

おもしろい話が尽きないので、一晩では、時間が全然足りなかった。

At the night,Chuan and Yi told me their travel stories.

But one night wasn't long enough to listen to the whole stories.

 

It was so fun to spend time with them.

So I decided to stay longer at their house.

２月１７日(金)【旅１７３日目　台湾９日目】

 

 

チェンの家で、旅の計画を立てたながら、一日中のんびり。

 

チェンは台湾を２周しているので、いろいろといいアドバイスをくれた。

 

I took a rest whole day at Chuan's house.

Chuan gave me some good advices for my cycling around Taiwan.

(He had already cycled around Taiwan twice.)

 

 

 

夜、昨日のミーティングで会った秋菊さんが来て、

 

俺の旅のプランを考えながら、あちこちに住む友人住所と電話番号をくれた。

 

「自転車で訪ねてくる子がいるから、お世話してあげて。」

 

と、連絡を取ってくれたらしい。

 

At the night,Chiuchu-san came to Chuan's house.

(I met her yesterday at the meeting.)

She was kind enough to ask some of her friends to help me when I visit them.

And she gave me those friend's adress and phone numbers.

 

It would be good oppotunity for me to learn Taiwanese culture if I stay at local people's house.

２月１８日(土)【旅１７４日目　台湾１０日目】

 

 

チェンがバイクで、山間部の名所へ連れていってくれた。

 

Chuan took me to nice places by motor bike.

樹齢２５００年にもなる、楠木の巨木がたくさんある山。

朝から晩まで、自分の予定を遅らせてまで、盛りだくさんの観光をさせてくれた。
