It's been nearly 2 weeks since I came back my home in Japan.
The reason I came back is to cure my disease (Hepatitis).
At first I expected I would need to stay still at my house all day long everyday.
(Because that's what the doctor told me to do in Turkey.)
But a Japanese doctor told me that I wouldn't need to do so.
He told me that I wasn't in such a bad health any more, so I could do exercise if it's not very hard,I could eat anything I want to eat exept alcohole.

So I've done many kinds of exersices everyday, I've been eating what I want to eat for the last one week.
I don't feel I'm a sick man any more.

Now, I play Badminton twice a week, and play tennis once a week.
I wish I could practice boxing as well, but...I guess it's gonna be "too much" for my body for now.

When I go out, I usually ride this bike.
This bike goes flying when I pedal hard.
Riding a roadbike is much more exciting than riding a hevily loaded bike.

My favorite Ramen noodle.
I've been enjoying eating fantastic Japanese foods!!
There are lots of nice foods I had been dreaming of.
Those foods make me so happy to be in Japan.

And I can sleep well in my house every night.
Doing exercise, eating nice foods, sleeping well...my life at the moment seems perfect for me.

But...

I wonder if my liver keeps getting better or not.
Because the doctor in Turkey told me that I should never do exercise for next 4 month .
He also told me I should not eat unhealthy (oily) foods like Ramen noodle.
I don't know why what the two doctors told me (in Japan and in Turkey) is so different, even opposite in some pont.
I don't know which doctor I should trust.

But I don't feel any difficulties in my body any more.

So I decided to trust the Japanese doctor for now.

I'm going to take a blood test on next Monday.
The result of the test will show me which doctor is trustworthy.

Speaking of "Health", I still needed to go to hospitals for 2 reasons.

One is.. a dental problem.

I needed to go to a dental clinic to treat a cavity.
It's been hurting a lot since over 6 month ago, but I couldn't go to the dentist.
(Because my travel insurance didn't cover the cost for dental problem.)
I finally was able to go to the dentist recently.
And it's been fixed and I'm so relieved now.

The other reason is.. HIV test.
I didn't really NEED to take the test.
But I just wanted to make sure I wasn't infected with HIV,
and I also wanted to know how the test works in Japan.
After watching many people who were suffering from AIDS in South East Asia,
I've been interested in preventing transmission of the HIV.

In Japan, we can take HIV test for free at a public health centre.
And I took a "quick test" which took only one hour until we get the result.

The workers at the health centre were very kind and polite.
I think that's because AIDS is a serious problem for anybody,
and people who take the HIV test are quite serious for their life.
There were many people in a que for the test, much more than I expected.
In Japan, HIV seemed commoner problem than I thought.

I got explained that there were 20,000 of people who were suffering from AIDS in Japan at the moment.

The  blood test showed me that I was "NEGATIVE" .
I believed I was negative from the beggining, but I was still nurvous when I was wating for the result, and I felt relieved when I was told that I was really negative.
I think it was a good experience to take the test because I consider my life more seriously now.

Suffering from hepatitis is also a good experience for me.
Thanks of being the disease, now I really know the value of "Being well".

Then all I need to do now is...get well as soon as possible!!

And talking about my next plan ...

I think I'll take a exam for being a primary school teacher in the summer 2014.
(I wanted to take the exam this year, but I can't apply to it because it was too late.)

If I can pass the test, I will start working as a teacher in April 2015.

So, I still have some time to travel.(The trip would not be by bicycle though.)

Anyhow, I've been happy to stay in my house, watching my little nephew growing up day by day.

I'm already 31, single, no job...and sick.

What a terrible status I'm in!!

But I'm still enjoying my life.
