２月２４日(土)【旅１８１日目　台湾１７日目】

 

(24th Feb 2012 / 17th day in Taiwan)

 

 

ニィさん親子が、一日かけて高雄めぐりをしてくれた。

 

Today, Ni-san and his son Buowei-kun showed me around Kaohsiung city.

 

 

 

 

まずは、朝

 

Ni-san took us to a rail way station by his motorbike.

 

 

【バイクの３人乗り初体験】

 

It was the first time for me to ride a motorbike with 3 people on it.

And it was fun!

 

成人男性３人乗っけても、なかなかパワフルに走るもんですね。

 

スクーターやるな～！

 

 

バイクだらけの通勤時間帯の道を、すいすい運転するお父さん。さすが～。

 

 

 

その後、車に乗り換えて、あちこち連れて行ってもらった。

 

Then we went to several famous places in Kaohsiung by Ni-san's car.

 

 

【連池潭】

 

龍の口から入って、虎の口から出るのがきまり。

 

干支の中で、最も良いとされるのが龍で、悪いとされるのが虎なんだって。

 

【ニィさん親子】

二人とも、優しくてとてもいい人。

A nice father, and a good boy.






 

 

【お昼に食べた、臭豆腐・台湾のソーセージ(←これウマ～)・米粉】

台湾料理、どれもおいしい。

 

 

【壽山公園、高雄市街地の眺め】

 

街の景色を見て、夕日が沈むのを眺めた。

 

 

 

【愛河を船で遊覧】

 

高雄の市街地を流れる愛河の流れに乗って、夜景を楽しんだ。

 

 

 

夜は、火鍋(ﾎｫｸﾞｵ)食べ放題のお店に連れて行ってもらい、

 

お腹パンパンで幸せいっぱい。

 

台湾では、最近、食べ放題のお店が人気なんだって。

２月２５日(日)【旅１８２日目　台湾１８日目】

 

(25th Feb 2012 / 18th day in Taiwan)

 

 

朝、高雄ので二日間お世話になったニィさん宅を出発。

 

とても優しい人たちだった。

 

I left Kaohsiung in the morning.

I was lucky and so happy I met such a nice men, Ni-san and Buowei-kun.

I really appreciate their hospitality.

 

And thanks Chiuchu-san for introducing me to them!

 

 

 

 

 

今日は、台湾の最南端「墾丁(ｺﾝﾃｨﾝ)」を目指す。

 

My destination today was Kentin.

 

 

 

墾丁は、ビーチの広がるリゾート地だと聞いていた。

 

泳ぐには十分暖かいし、久しぶりに海水浴でも楽しもうかと、わくわく。

 

Kentin is located on the southern tip of Taiwan main island,

and it is famous as resort area.

 

I was bit excited because I was going to enjoy swiming in the ocean.

 

 

 

台湾では、昨日から４連休に入ったので、交通量が一段と増えていた。

 

The traffic today was so heavey.

Because four consecutive public holiday started from yesterday.

 

And I saw a lot of cyclists on the road as well.

 

 

 

【自転車でツーリングしている人たちもたくさん】

 

 

台湾の人たちはとてもフレンドリーなので、

 

コンビニで休憩していると、よく話しかけられる。

 

Taiwanese cyclists were so friendly.

 

 

 

【自転車乗り同士は、特に気軽に打ち解けられる】

 

I enjoyed conversations with them many times. 

 

 

 

 

今日は、とても強い追い風が吹いていたので、

 

スピードを出して楽々と走れたけど、

 

I got strong tail wind today.

It was nice to cycle fast with nice ocean view.

 

 

 

100ｋｍ走った後も、キャンプできそうな場所はなかなか見つからず。

 

But it was difficult to find a place to camp around Kentin.

 

 

 

結局、真っ暗になるまで走り続け、

 

明日行こうと思っていた、墾丁の繁華街まで来てしまった。

 

 

When I arrived at the downtown in Kentin, it was already dark.

 

 

 

 

そこで、びっくり。

 

And I was surprised at...

 

 

【車、車、車！人、人、人！】

 

Too much cars! Too much people!!

 

 

４連休の二日目であり、

 

超有名リゾート地の墾丁は、ものすごい混雑ぶりだった。

 

Tens of thousands of people were walking around the downtown.

I got sick of people...

 

 

 

こんなに人が多いなんてなぁ～。。。

 

 

 

 

想像以上の車と人の多さに、イヤになった。

 

 

 

 

墾丁の繁華街はパスすることにして、さらに夜道を進む。

 

So I just pass the downtown in Kentin, and kept cycling...

 

 

 

キャンプ場はたくさんあるけど、キャンプできそうな空き地は、

 

相変わらずなかった。

 

 

ふと、キャンプ場を見てみると、

 

壁に大きく、"一泊１００元(270円)"と書いてあった。

 

 

 

なんだ、そんなに安いのか～。

 

 

 

リゾート地だから、てっきり、その５倍くらいの値段だと思っていた。

 

そんなに安いなら、無理して空き地を探し続けることもないので、

 

今晩は、キャンプ場泊に決定。

 

 

There were several camping ground (caravan parks) in Kentin.

And the charge was cheap enough.(about AU$3.5)

 

So I decided to stay at a camping ground tonight.

 

 

 

オーナーは、やっぱり感じのいいおっちゃんだったし、

 

暖かいシャワーも浴びられたので、正解だった。

 

 

The owener of the caravan park was a nice man.

He let me use a well sheltered area as it was really windy night.

 

I took a hot shower, then slept well.

 

 

台風並みに風の強い夜だったけど、さっぱりして心地よく寝られた。

２月２６日(月)【旅１８３日目　台湾１９日目】

 

(26th Feb 2012 / 19th day in Taiwan)

 

 

 

 

【快適なキャンプ場でぐっすり眠れた】

 

This camping ground was very nice.

 

 

昨晩から、かなり強い風が吹き続いていた。

 

変なところでキャンプしなくて、よかった！

 

 

The wind blew really strong at the night.

I was happy I stayed at the safe camping ground.

 

 

 

 

 

【台湾最南端の碑】

 

The southernmost point of Taiwan.

 

ここで、台湾一周の折り返し。

 

 

 

【太平洋に、こんにちは！】

 

Hello Pacific Ocean!!

 

 

【ここから、また基隆まで北上だ】

 

I started cycling towards north.

 

 

ものすごい向かい風だった。

 

この時期、台湾では、風は主に北から吹いてくる。

 

 

昨日までは、追い風に乗ってガンガン走れたけど、

 

これからは毎日、向かい風を覚悟しなくちゃいけない。

 

I got quite strong head wind today.

Usually the wind flows from north in this time of year in Taiwan.

So I expected that I would have head wind everyday from then.

 

 

 

 

ちなみに昨日は、調子に乗りすぎて、

 

泳げそうなビーチを全部すっ飛ばしてしまった。

 

 

 

…ことに、今日気がついた。が～ん。

 

 

 

Actually I passed all the beach where I could have swum, yesterday.

And I realized the fact today.

I was sad...

 

 

 

 

今日は、向かい風がめちゃくちゃ強かったので、

 

ほんの４０ｋｍくらい進んだところで、ストップ。

 

 

小さな町の外れでキャンプをした。

 

 

台湾には、野良犬がとても多い。

 

かなり大きな犬もいるので、ちょっと怖いんだな～。

 

 

I only rode a bike for about 40km because of the strong head wind.

 

And I set my tent up at an empty lot in a small town.

 

 

In Taiwan, ownerless dogs are everywhere around citys,towns.

I was afraid of them because some dogs are really big and always barked at my bike.

 

 

【真っ暗な中、犬の襲撃にびくびくしながら、テントを張った。笑】

 

I was afraid of dog's attack in a dark...

 

 

人里に近いところでのキャンプには、注意が必要。

 

I was always cautious of dogs in Taiwan.
