イライラしか思い出に残らなかった福州を出て、
４日間後の今日、約３００ｋｍ南の都市「厦門」に到着。
It's been 5 days since I came back in China.
Today, I've arrived in Xiamen (厦門) which is about 300km south of Fuzhou (福州).
【長～い橋の向こうが、厦門島】
厦門島に行くのは明日にして、今日は、橋の近くでキャンプの予定。
There is a long brige across the sea to Xiamen Island.
I'm going to look around Xiamen Island tomorrow.
I'll camp at this side of the bridge tonight.

自分の記録のために書き残しているだけなので、
笑って読めそうな気分の人だけ読んでください。
あくまで、一個人の体験談であり感想であります。
I didn't put English translations this time.
Because the content may be unpleasant for the people who read it.
I just rote what I felt in Fuzho .(without hiding anything.)
(Brief)
I had been going to stay in Fuzho at the day I arrived there.
But I changed my mind and left Fuzho on the day.
Because I met several ill-mannered people there.
Some of them treated me very bad.
I was full of angry at them.
So I don't like Fuzho city...

私は昨日(3月14日)、中国に戻ってきました。
I came back in China yesterday.
典型的な中国のシーン。
Typical Chinese scene.
昨日は、廃墟でキャンプ。
キャンプには十分暖かいです。
Yesterday, I camped at a ruins.
It's already got warm enough to camp in China.
典型的な中国の朝食。
Typical Chinese breakfast.
私は今、中国にいる感じ。
I feel I'm in China now.

２月６日(火)【旅１６３日目 中国７２日目】
今日は、馬尾(ﾏｰｳｪｲ)の賓館での目覚め。
I stayed at a hotel in Mawei last night.
ここから船で台湾本島へ渡るには、
I had to catch a ferry twice to go to Taiwan from Mawei.
馬尾 → 馬祖諸島(台湾) → 台湾本島
(Mawei --- Matsu --- Taiwan main island)
という風に、馬祖諸島を経由しなくてはならない。
ネットで得られた情報では、
馬尾-馬祖間の移動は、"小型船にて"と書いてあり、
果たして、その小型船に自転車を積めるものか、
馬尾に来て確かめなければ、わからなかった。
The travel website I had checked said,
the ferry between Mawei and Matsu was quite small.
So I had been wondering wether I could take my bike on the ferry or not.
そして昨日、馬尾港へ来て、
自転車も無料で積めるということを確認。
ほっとしたところだった。
Yesterday, I went to a port where the ferry leaves and checked it.
They told me I could take my bike on the ferry for free.
I was pleased to know that.
馬祖諸島(台湾)行きの船は、
午前9:00と午後2:00の、一日二便。
台湾元(NT$)への両替がまだだったので、午前中に両替をして、
午後の便で、馬祖諸島へと渡ることにした。
There were two ferrys which go to Matsu everyday, in morning one and evening one.
I had to exchange my money to NT$(New Taiwan dollor) before arriving in Matsu.
So I went to a "Bank of China" in Mawei in the morning.
午前中、中国銀行へ行き、中国元から台湾元への両替を頼むと、
「外国人は両替できません。誰か、中国人の友達にでも頼めばできますが。」
なんてことを言われる。
…なんじゃそりゃ。
両替くらい、ナニ人だろうがやってくれ！
やっぱり中国は、いろんなところで排他的。
"中国人以外はダメです。"
という、不便なシチュエーションが多々ある。
「これから台湾へ行くのに、お金がないと困るんです！」
ちょっと強めにそう訴えると、
銀行の人が、自分の身分証明書を使って、代わりに両替してくれた。
＊中国人全員が持っている、この"身分証明書証"ってやつが、
中国では、いろんな機会で提示を求められる。
それを持たない外国人は、あちこちで不便な思いをさせられるわけである。
When I tried to exchange my Chinese yuan to NT$ at the bank,
the banker told me,
"Only Chinese citizen can exchange Chinese yuan to NT$ in China."
he also said,
"If you have a chinese friend you can ask to do it, you can get the money."
Of course I didn't have such a friend there.
I thought it wasn't fair to foreigners.
I got angly a bit.
Then I asked him,
"How can I get NT$ in China. I definately need it now!"
Actually, the banker was a good man.
He helped me to exchange my money with using his ID card.
(Every Chinese people has his own ID card.The card is needed in many situations in China.)
Thanks of his help, eventually I was able to get NT$5500(AU$190).
でもともかく、両替は、なんとかさせてもらえた。
(１５０００円 ＝ １２００元 ＝ NT$５５００)
これで、渡航準備はＯＫ！
と、港へ。
Then I was ready to leave China to Taiwan.
I went to the port.
ターミナルに着くと、チケット売場が暗くて、やけに静か。
「おかしいな…。」
と思い、係員の人に聞いてみると、
馬祖行きの船は、今は朝だけで、一日一便になっているという。
聞いてないよ～。
日本のサイトにも中国のサイトにも、そんなことは書いてなかった。
どうしようもないので、馬尾でもう一泊。
But there was no passengers no the ferry terminal.
I didn't know why.
So I asked a clerk at a ticket office.
She told me there was no ferry anymore today.
She said they reduced a number of the lines.
The next one would leave tomorrow morning.
I had to wait for it for one more night.

２月７日(水)【旅１６４日目 中国７３日目】
今日は、朝の船便で馬祖諸島へ渡る予定だったので、
寝坊しないよう、一晩中起きていた。
朝８時にターミナルへ着き、チケット売場に人がやってくると、
他の客たちがガヤガヤと、なんだか騒がしくなってきた。
例によってまた、順番抜かしをして前に行ったオッサンが、
渋い顔をして戻ってきたので、「ざまあみろ。」と思っていたら、一言。
「今日は、船が出ないんだってさ。」
ええっ！？
I stayed up all night long not to miss a ferry this morning.
But the ferry was canseled because of rough sea.
そういえば、今日は風が強かった。
小型船だし、海が少しでも荒れると停船になるのか～。
一日一便なので、今日もまた中国を離れられず。
また、さっきチェックアウトした賓館へ戻って、
同じ部屋にチェックイン。
睡眠不足だったので、一日中、グースカ寝て過ごした。
So I had to wait for the next one which would leave tomorrow morning.
I went back to the hotel where I had already stayed for 2 nights, and checked in there again.
I slept all day long today because I hadn't slept last night.
I hope I can catch a ferry tomorrow!
